Be Honest...Is Jay-Z overrated??

Be truthful and Real. Reason I say this is because, people say yea Jay said this, Jay said that. What HAS Jay REALLLY done?? Have you gone out and bought a Jay-Z album, and BEFORE the "Black ALbum" for that matter.
