NCAA Football '09

Now Im A
Madden Man
myself, but I've become intrigued by this
NCAA football franchise. ALthough i got hooked on '08 I wasnt
so sure that 09 was a hit, cause I hadnt heard much about it.

So my question to you is, Is "NCAA Football 2009" that much of an
up-grade to the extent of buying, when you already own '08???
